Beginning with a short meditation, this practice thens flows into some breath-to-movement floor work to warm up our spines, hips, & shoulders. Throughout this 45-minute practice we explore an array of lunge variations, outer hip stretches, and chest openers. At its peak, practitioners are offered challenge pose of Warrior III with variations. Expect a slower paced practice that will awaken the whole body with clear cuing and attention to the breath.
